Guerrero (staff presenter) said the solid‑waste list includes accounts for services provided from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026, and noted that the attached spreadsheet showed a continually changing balance as accounts are paid or removed. “As of today, 1,105 accounts are being assessed for a total of $445,330 on the property tax roll,” Guerrero said. Councilmembers asked about outreach and trends; a Waste Management representative confirmed notices go to property owners and are also posted at the service address. Council then adopted resolutions to place both delinquent solid‑waste and sewer charges on the tax roll.
