Board approves 38 resolutions across departments; full slate passed unanimously

The Board voted unanimously to approve a slate of 38 resolutions spanning multiple county departments. Highlights included: adoption of the 2026–2030 Regional Mobility Plan for ODOT Human Services Transportation Coordination Region 6 (Resolution 2026-06.30.b); authorization of an agreement related to Discount Drug Mart as part of national opioid litigation (2026-06.30.c); temporary increase in contracting and financial authority for the County Administrator during periods when the Board does not meet in session (2026-06.30.d); a one-year space-use renewal with Fairfield County Teenworks (2026-06.30.f); multiple JFS service agreements for behavioral-health providers (2026-06.30.s through 2026-06.30.x); and transit purchase-of-service contracts plus a consulting letter agreement with Nelson/Nygaard for a transit study (2026-06.30.hh through 2026-06.30.kk).
Clerk Rochelle Menningen recorded unanimous roll-call votes for the motions; each listed resolution in the meeting packet was approved and the Board adjourned at 9:59 a.m. The next regular meeting is scheduled for July 21, 2026.
