Public Safety committee finalizes food-truck ordinance; council to consider draft at next meeting

The speaker described the process as lengthy but said the committee believes it has achieved a fair outcome.
No vote or ordinance reading occurred during the June 16 meeting; the committee expects to forward the draft to the full council for consideration at an upcoming meeting.
