Commissioners approve Ewing Woods road agreement, plats and CDBG construction contracts

Regional Planning presented CDBG items, authorizing Stutske Construction to proceed with the Village of Rushville wastewater treatment project (notice to proceed and notice of commencement) and approving change order #1 for the Village of Bremen water treatment plant softener improvement project.
Staff said the approvals will allow construction and maintenance work to proceed and that easements and right-of-way in the Ewing Woods subdivision remain within the county. Regional Planning thanked staff for coordination and said they look forward to starting contracts for Rushville and completing Bremen improvements.
