City administrator Leslie Riverola also invited the public to a meet-and-greet for Chief Short on Feb. 19 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at City Hall, saying the event is informal and designed for residents to meet the chief and speak with staff. The city plans to host local vendors and described the event as come-and-go.
