Board approves minutes, addresses four appeals and adjourns

The Board of Assessment Appeals convened on March 31, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. Members present were Cleve Fuessenich, Gayle Carr and Jesse Nivolo. Early on the agenda the board approved the minutes of two prior meetings: a motion by Cleve Fuessenich to approve the April 2, 2025 minutes was seconded by Jesse Nivolo (Cleve Fuessenich and Gayle Carr in favor; Jesse Nivolo abstained). A separate motion by Gayle Carr to approve the March 18, 2026 minutes was seconded by Jesse Nivolo and carried with all votes in favor.
Following the procedural approvals the board reviewed four outstanding appeals (listed in the minutes as Louis deBourbon; Kathleen White; Tracey Ebner Bushey and Richard Bushey; and Rich Nelson Builder LLC) and issued rulings or clarifications on each before adjourning at 6:10 p.m. The minutes are brief and record outcomes rather than extensive deliberations.
