Staff presented a certified survey map (CSM) by Ross Allen to change the exterior boundary of Maple Hills subdivision and divide a roughly 10-acre parcel into two about-five-acre lots, using adjacent smaller subdivision lots for road frontage. Staff said most earlier comments were addressed: the narrow bottleneck between Lots 5 and 6 was widened to meet a 50-foot requirement, owner certificates were updated, and soil borings were completed though full reports still must be submitted.
The applicant provided an address and no public speakers opposed. With staff recommendations noted and no objections, the committee approved the certified survey map on a voice vote.
