Airport Manager Casey Pamperien presented the related FAA grant applications: IIJA‑054 for $3,710,040 and AIP‑055 for $2,462,137. Each grant carries a 2.5% city match; Pamperien said the combined city responsibility is $154,305. The commission also approved a construction administration services agreement with project design engineer H.W. Lochner for $543,000 and authorized the mayor to sign related documents, with unanimous approval.
