Adams Institute for $10,000 in grant‑writing funding provided through the Washington State Department of Commerce, and MOU C00325 with Mid‑Columbia Economic Development District (MCEDD) for $21,868 in Commerce funding. The sheriff’s office requested a one‑time credit‑card limit increase from $2,000 to $6,000 for repair expenses related to the vessel OSPREY; the minutes state the State of Washington Boating program will reimburse Klickitat County Sheriff’s Office $4,000.
