S. Clarkin seconded and the approval was unanimous. The minutes note the requested Litchfield Land Trust letter approving the project had not yet been submitted to the Land Use office; Chairman Connor said he had seen the letter at a Land Trust meeting and did not expect that oversight to delay the application.
