Alexe presented the project details previously discussed; Chairman Connor read the March 13, 2026 White Memorial letter approving the Bissell and White Woods culvert replacements.

Clarkin moved to approve the application for replacement of the existing twin 18” reinforced concrete pipe in disrepair with in kind on Bissell Road, Area #2 based on the map prepared by Berkshire Surveying, LLC ..." the record states. J. Hamill seconded the motion and the commission unanimously carried the approval. The filing lists 0.01 acres affected for the work.
