Unionville council adopts simplified town logo for print and embroidery

Administrator Melody Braswell presented several logo design options created by Palette and Pixels Design as a simpler alternative to the Town seal intended to perform better in print applications such as letterhead and embroidery. Staff recommended the first option and noted the next step will be to develop a policy specifying when the new logo versus the official Town seal should be used.
Councilman Jaren Simpson expressed support for the staff recommendation; the council voted unanimously to approve the staff-recommended logo design. No additional conditions or changes to the design were recorded in the minutes.
