"We didn't receive any comment at the public hearing and the planning commission has made a favorable recommendation on this plat amendment," Sherry said, noting that utility providers who received notice either signed release letters or did not object.
Council moved to approve the plat amendment with the condition that engineering redlines be completed, a motion carried and the council closed the item. The council's action authorizes staff to proceed with formal recording steps so UDOT and county recorder processes can move forward, subject to the condition noted in the motion.
