Trustee Brandon Mares moved to add the backflow preventer at 806 Miller St. as part of the project; Trustee Kaely Eberspacher seconded the motion and the board approved it by roll call vote, 5–0. The minutes record that the board will include the backflow device in the ongoing work on Miller Street.
Clerk/Treasurer Peggy Pankoke and Maintenance staff are expected to coordinate implementation and any procurement; the minutes do not record cost estimates or a vendor for the device.
