The Beaver Crossing Village Board voted 5–0 to approve Building Permit 25-11, allowing Detweiler to erect a storage unit at 598 406th.
Planning Commission staff presented the application and noted the site is in the flood plain; trustees and the commission emphasized the permit is for non-residential storage and that no one will live in the building. Trustee Kaely Eberspacher moved approval; Trustee Ray Foreman seconded and the motion passed by roll call vote, 5–0.
The board did not attach additional conditions in the minutes beyond the non-occupancy note, and the Planning Commission said it would continue to review zoning and subdivision regulations in coming meetings.
