Town Manager Jessica Cyr told the Select Board the board needed to enter non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II(c) and II(e) to discuss matters that could affect the reputation of a person and consideration or negotiation of pending claims or litigation. Selectman Leon Rideout moved to enter non-public session; Selectman Kathy-Jean Lavoie seconded and a roll call vote recorded all three members voting "aye." The board entered non-public session at 6:59 p.m. and returned to public session at 7:25 p.m.
After returning to public session the board voted to seal the non-public minutes "until the cases are settled" (motion by Selectman Rideout, seconded by Selectman Lavoie), and then voted to adjourn; the meeting ended at 7:27 p.m. The minutes do not disclose the content of the non-public session because the board ordered the minutes sealed.
