Robin Irving told the Select Board she has been appointed as a Selectman for the Town of Northumberland and, because that board meets on the same nights as Lancaster’s, she will submit required written reports to Town Manager Jessica Cyr so Lancaster’s obligations are covered. Irving also said she has been attending NHMA Financial Policies classes.
Irving described walk‑through inspections at the Lancaster Motel and the McKee Inn and said she and Chief Flynn will meet with Mike Kopp from North Country Ford to explore options for an electric truck to replace a fire department vehicle. She noted upcoming meetings: a Zoning Board hearing on the 24th for a variance and a Planning Board session next month for a lot line adjustment; she expects a major site plan will be withdrawn.
