Town Manager Jessica Cyr updated the board on several administrative matters. Cyr said she attended a Lancaster Housing Authority special meeting and will receive additional reports from Berlin Housing Authority so checks can continue to be signed; she also said the town will put out an RFP to replace municipal financial software after notice that the current system will no longer be supported.
Cyr said pickleball groups will receive gym access Mondays and Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will be on a cancellation list for Wednesdays. She reported work on three welfare cases—one shelter placement and two working toward housing—and said an HSEM representative will assist with submitting vicinity-wide road damage invoices to FEMA as roads reach near 100% completion for reimbursement when the shutdown is over.
