The Select Board recorded concerns about a Certification of Satisfaction concerning the Consolidated Communications build‑out. While the paperwork was on the meeting agenda, Selectman Kathy‑Jean Lavoie said she was not comfortable certifying the project’s completion because the last project report was months old and residents had reported that the build‑out had not been offered to them.
The board requested more information, including a report showing what was completed, whether the number of originally intended locations were connected, and if not, why not and what the plan is for remaining locations. Selectman Shane Beattie noted he had requested Consolidated attend a prior meeting after receiving resident reports about service availability.
