Board to revise town-hall facility use agreement, remove alcohol clause

Town Manager Jessica Cyr reported she found an older version of the town-hall auditorium rental agreement while reviewing bylaws and ordinances and asked the board to review both versions to decide which aspects to keep.
Select Board member Leon Rideout noted an ordinance prohibiting the use or consumption of alcohol on town properties and advised that the alcohol section be removed from the agreement. Cyr said she will combine the two versions into one revised agreement and bring it back for the board to review for approval.
