District to launch CEE surveys Nov. 5; board discusses WSSDA training attendance

Superintendent Pete Peterson told the board the district will begin CEE staff, student and community surveys starting Nov. 5, coinciding with fall conferences, and that he will report survey results back to the board once collected.
Peterson and board members also discussed attendance at the Washington State School Directors' Association (WSSDA) trainings; Peterson recommended waiting another year for in-person attendance but noted some sessions are offered online. Board Chair Josh Skipper said he attended WSSDA and Director Gina Warner said she could participate online if available.
