Putney Selectboard adopts FY2027 operating and highway budgets

The Putney Selectboard voted to adopt the proposed FY2027 operating budget totaling $2,021,975.86 and a Highway budget of $1,201,517.46. Aileen Tulloch made the motions to adopt the operating and highway budgets and Fletcher Proctor seconded; both motions passed according to the minutes.
The board also adopted the FY2027 sewer and water budgets during the same agenda item. The Town Manager presented the budget figures and noted the highway payroll included some overtime that contributed to the payroll totals included in the warrants discussion earlier in the meeting.
