Planning and equity committees urge clearer solar siting rules and training recommendations

Conn "Swift Everdy" Keimedy‑Spielman, the EIAC chair, read an EIAC November statement and presented training recommendations, including discussing fair and impartial policing guidance with the Town Manager. EIAC also noted the sheriff’s office policy follows state statute and said it would coordinate training recommendations with the town manager.
