Paige, the city code‑enforcement officer acting as substitute clerk for parts of the agenda, reported she had certified‑mailed nine letters (seven in the last month), closed previous court cases, and issued two new citations that will go to the May court docket.
She also reported entering property owners into the meter system in advance of new meter installations and mailing 312 updated sewer‑emergency flyers with a new local contact number. "So I sent out 7 letters certified mail this last month," Paige said while summarizing enforcement activity.
Councilors asked whether emergency contact information was posted online and Paige confirmed it was. Members thanked Paige and acknowledged her coordination with building inspections to keep projects moving.
