The district plans to use carryover funds to continue and expand training for instructional assistants and to refine how tutoring ties into after-school programming. Staff acknowledged limits: the initial grant focused on K–5, and middle- and high-school intervention strategies remain a work in progress. Board members asked for a fuller data presentation on tutoring outcomes at a future meeting.
