The commissioners approved routine fund-transfer resolutions and took initial action on several infrastructure and financing items.
Resolutions authorized transfers from the LGF alternate formula to the ambulance service fund, and transfers to public assistance and children's services funds. The board also approved a resolution indicating intent to issue hospital facilities refunding and improvement revenue bonds to finance or refinance hospital facilities in Seneca County; staff said this step relates to prior Good Shepherd discussions and is an initial procedural action.
On road projects, the board accepted the low bid for the 2026 Seneca County chip seal project (CD-2026-3) and authorized entering into an agreement with M and B Asphalt Company Inc. for the CD-2026-1 project. The board also accepted a bid and authorized an agreement for the Issue 1 round 40 FY2026 Township Road repaving program (OPWC DPAD02). Motions were moved, seconded and approved by roll call.
