The board also addressed administrative items: it authorized Steve Simpson to sign the Local Emergency Management Plan after discussion of training and certification requirements, and it approved Tom Stacy’s junkyard renewal, which will expire in 2031. The purchasing policy discussion was postponed to the next meeting.
