Maintenance staff advised the board to solicit bids now for the Baker Avenue road-rebuild project so that contractor quotes would be available before the end of February 2026. Vice Chair Brandon Geyen moved to put the Baker Avenue project out to bid; Supervisor Andy Christensen seconded and the motion passed 3-0.
Separately, the board considered a proposal from Wright County to add aprons on gravel township roads when County Road 39 is resurfaced in 2026. The board approved spending up to $16,000 for those aprons, a measure described as intended to help keep gravel on Township roads during the county resurfacing project.
