Land Use Administrator Clinton Bonetti told the Penn Township Planning Commission at its Jan. 28, 2026 meeting that he is resigning to accept a new position with another employer. The minutes record Bonetti "announced his resignation, having opted to change employers," and state that the Board of Supervisors will meet Feb. 10 to begin selecting a replacement.
Until a replacement is selected, Township Manager Linda Zerfoss will cover Land Use Administrator duties for pending small subdivisions. The minutes specify the temporary coverage is intended to address small subdivision work that is currently pending. Chair Nanette Rau will also remind the Board of Supervisors about the need to fill an absence on the Planning Commission.
