The Planning & Zoning Board approved a subdivision plat to build five duplexes on Byron Street.
Staff reported that all setback requirements had been met, that each duplex would have street access, and that the topography and plans matched previously built duplexes on Fletcher Lane. During discussion a board member asked for clarification about paving: “Angel, for clarification, you said it would be paved, but on this, it shows gravel,” and staff confirmed one southern driveway and parking area would be paved while other accesses would remain as planned.
After the discussion the board moved to approve the proposed Byron Street duplex subdivision plan, finding it in compliance with zoning and subdivision standards. Construction and site work will be subject to the town’s typical permit and inspection processes.
