An administrator told the board the recommendations were drafted with input from attorneys to align district policy with recent legislation: "These recommendations are based on Churchill and Andrew...the legislative update," the presenter said. The board approved the second reading of the full package by voice vote (motion carries 3–0). Administrators said further questions about specific policy wording could be addressed in follow-up briefings.
