Board renews employee benefits: zero–co‑pay clinics and health/dental plans for 2027

He said published materials show increases to employee monthly contributions while the district would continue to cover planned deficits.
On the clinics he said staff feedback was widely supportive and recommended continuing the service with UMC Physicians as part of the 2027 benefits package. "Staff feedback for the clinics has been widely supportive as being a central benefit that they value," Dr. Anderson said.
Trustees thanked staff for early timelines so employees have time to make enrollment decisions. The board approved the clinic continuation and the recommended health insurance and dental plans and premium structure for 2027 by unanimous vote.
