The Bellevue City Council adopted Ordinance No. 4220 on July 21 to add a new article to Chapter 20 of the municipal code prohibiting off‑road recreational vehicles on public streets, sidewalks, bikeways, trails and other public property, and to establish definitions, exceptions and penalties.
Susan read the ordinance language describing the code changes and effective date. Councilwoman Collins moved approval; the council voted unanimously to adopt the ordinance.
