CEO Bill Everett called the project "another absolutely fantastic project for the community to improve our tax base" and said the bank will bring commercial bankers and services that expand local capacity. No public comment was offered. Commissioner Mike Beausoleil moved approval; Commissioner Paul Smith seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
