Recruiter says fee is fixed; firm will perform reduced-cost abbreviated recruitment if placement leaves early

The only thing that changes would be the expenses, and there's a not to exceed amount,” the Presenter said.
When asked about a guarantee if a placed manager departs early, the Presenter said the firm recently performed an abbreviated, reduced-cost recruitment after a placed manager left after about 18 months and that the firm would return under similar terms if that were to occur.
