Board approves $106,813 and $328,053 pay apps and a $4,332 change order for county projects

Separately, the board approved Change Order No. 1 for the Manske saturated buffer site, reflecting deleted and added items and adjusted asphalt quantities that increased the contract amount by $4,332.77. County staff confirmed that IDALS (Iowa Dept. of Agriculture & Land Stewardship) would pay the change order amount where applicable and the pay apps will be executed for completed work.
