Bonduel committee delays final 2026 budget review pending state revenue numbers

The Village of Bonduel Committee of the Whole continued preliminary work on the 2026 general budget on Sept. 24, 2025, recording that all preliminary numbers have been entered and that capital equipment and project amounts are included. The committee said it is still waiting for shared revenue figures from the State, expected at the end of the month or in early October, before publishing final budget numbers.
By consensus the committee agreed to move the budget item to the October Village Board meeting when publication numbers will be ready and when there will be a clearer estimate of the village levy for 2026. No formal vote on the final budget was taken at the committee meeting.
