Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Maroszek told trustees the creation of two new tax-increment districts (TIDs) raises allocation questions about expenses and increment payments that require auditor input. A meeting with Jon Trautman was scheduled to address those questions, and the board agreed by consensus to continue work on the 2026 TID budgets at the Committee of the Whole.
No final allocation or vote was recorded at the meeting; the item was referred for additional analysis and auditor consultation before further board action.
