Bonduel committee recommends edits to student representative application

The Village of Bonduel Committee of the Whole reviewed a proposed application form for a Student Representative at its Sept. 24, 2025 meeting and asked Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Maroszek to make specified edits and forward the form to the Village Board for final approval. The committee agreed that one student would serve on the Board and suggested that other interested students could be placed on committees or boards instead.
Committee members discussed eligibility and application content, agreeing the representative should be entering their junior or senior year of high school, be a resident of the Bonduel School District, follow Village meeting policy and ordinances, and provide information about extracurricular activities on the application. Motion by Michelle Streetman, second by Brenda Staszak, directed Maroszek to make the noted changes and recommend the application to the Board; the motion carried unanimously.
