Added items included a water-treatment pump rebuild contract (2025-52), a transmission main replacement for the D Street water treatment plant (WT 0124 PSA 202608), and a vehicle replacement (light operations vehicle #950). Council also added a Bonneville Power Administration provider-of-choice contract tier-2 load designation to the consent slate. No member voiced opposition and the items passed unanimously.
