The Westport Climate Resilience Committee agreed to circulate a revised draft of its climate‑resilience report in mid‑August and meet on Aug. 27 for a full review and vote on sending the report to the select board. Chair (speaker 1) said Jeff and Dia will incorporate committee comments and ‘‘we'll then get, in addition to graphics and other things, a next draft of this report’’ before the August meeting.
Members discussed trimming duplicative recommendations and producing an executive summary of about five pages to make the report accessible to residents. Committee members recommended prioritizing a shorter list of ‘‘top 10’’ actions to aid communication and implementation, and asked staff to standardize graphics once the text is near final.
