At its July 1 meeting the Town of Ballston Zoning Board of Appeals granted a 2-foot front-yard fence-height variance to 22 Outlet Road (ZBA2026-006), allowing a fence up to 6 feet where 4 feet is normally allowed. Acting Chair Patrick Whitton moved the motion; Mr. Steve Merchant seconded and the minutes record the vote as 'All in favor.'
Owner Dolores Draina told the board there had been "no changes to the project since she was last before the Board." No members of the public spoke during the hearing, and board attorney Andrew Clark read the factors the board must consider for a height variance before the vote.
