Zoning board opens April 8 hearing, holds executive session and receives no public comment

Chair Brant Miller called the North Fayette Township Zoning Hearing Board to order at 7:00 p.m. on April 8, 2026, and announced the members present: Brant Miller (Chair), Dan Patterson (Vice Chair), Anthony Cosgrove, Esq. (Solicitor) and Debbie Midgley (Recording Secretary). Members John Scott and Chip McCarthy were recorded absent.
Before opening the public hearing the Board met in executive session to receive the solicitor’s advice, and Miller noted that legal notice and property posting complied with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. The court reporter (Leah M. Attanucci, LaGamba Reporting Services) swore in witnesses and anyone wishing to comment. During the resident and taxpayer comment portion the Board recorded that there were no public comments.
The Board completed its business and adjourned at 7:25 p.m after carrying motions unanimously. Minutes were prepared and signed by Recording Secretary Debbie Midgley.
