Commissioners assigned Vice Chairwoman Kim Willis and member Kat Glenn to lead work on a permanent inventory database for the commission's collections. The database is intended to organize artifacts, photos and donated items and will require a lead to coordinate data entry and storage.
Separately, discussion of repairing the commission's original embosser was deferred. The motion regarding the embosser was withheld until pricing is acquired; the commission directed that the embosser repair be placed on next month's agenda once estimates are available.
