Town planner reports AICP study, flags Wendy's Place and Aries Corner for next month

The planner told the board a member of the public is likely to attend a future meeting and flagged two items expected next month: a final review of a subdivision/major site plan/conditional use for a project referred to in the record as "Wendy's Place" at the corner of Cannebec, and a preliminary subdivision review for a reapplication by "Aries Corner." The planner did not provide detailed materials or dates at this meeting and said working materials were not yet available.
Board members did not take action on those future items at this meeting; the planner asked whether the board had anything else for the next agenda but received no additional items. The planner and board also agreed to cancel a scheduled workshop later this month.
