Trustees seek clerical support, handbook review; set August 19 meeting and delay advisor review

During administrative items the trustees agreed to seek additional clerical support and to ask the Town whether the Town Council should review the trustees' proposed handbook. Chair Paul Daisy will make those inquiries with Town Administrator Angela Bovill.
Trustee record-retention was discussed and will be put on a future agenda when Mr. Waldren can attend. The trustees also decided to wait another year before conducting a potential periodic review of the investment advisor to allow time to observe changes after recent leadership shifts in the bank's records department.
The trustees scheduled their next meeting for August 19 and recorded there will be no September meeting. The meeting adjourned at 11:12 AM.
