The City Administrator reported on pool operations and maintenance at the June 26 meeting. Swimming lessons are scheduled with the first sessions June 30–July 3 and July 7–10, and the second sessions July 14–17 and July 21–24. The report advises residents of lesson dates and staffing expectations.
The administrator said staff contacted Mid-Continental Restoration for a crack-sealing estimate for next spring and obtained price estimates for replacement manifolds and a pool pump to maintain operations for the next season. Those repair and replacement estimates will be considered as part of the 2026 municipal budget process. The minutes list Nathan Barnett as having met with the pool supplier to obtain the equipment estimates.
