The TA grant timeline and which specific utilities will be affected remain under review with consultant Schwab Eaton, per the administrator’s report.
The action authorizes using $25,000 as a targeted incentive to support the sidewalk project’s utility relocations; it does not itself award construction contracts for the sidewalk. The council set follow‑up work to determine the mechanics of covering any additional costs beyond the per‑residence cap.
