He also noted an ERP subscription cost reclassification from the general fund to capital that yields a $6,000,000 general fund savings and cited $2,200,000 for network and server equipment.
During Q&A a board member asked whether the additional $9,000,000 for Coral Glades auditorium was strictly necessary or deferrable; staff explained added costs due to a black-box theater and the auditorium scope. Board members also urged attention to removing outdated marquees as part of beautification efforts.
