The Trail Creek Town Council voted on a string of routine items at its July 21 meeting, approving the minutes, accepting the fund report and accepting payment of the town’s outstanding bills by voice vote.
Chair (speaker 2) opened the meeting and asked for a motion to approve the minutes; after a second the council voted “Aye.” Council then approved the fund report following a motion by a council member (speaker 3) and a subsequent voice vote. The board later approved payment of the bills after a brief clarification that a recent large deposit reflected a bank switch rather than increased spending.
The council approved payment of an outstanding Haas invoice after members discussed past contractor performance and whether to continue the vendor relationship. The council also moved to approve a smaller landscaping estimate from Healy so the town can use available ARP grant money before year-end; a council member noted the town must “use that by this year.”
On administrative matters the council authorized acceptance of a Google Workspaces proposal for town email at $5.50 per account, with approval contingent on the quoted pricing remaining valid and delegation to Warren or Crystal to sign the invoice. A motion to adjourn carried by voice vote at the meeting’s close.
Outcome details: minutes, fund report, payment of bills, Haas invoice payment, Healy landscaping estimate and Google Workspaces proposal were approved by voice vote during the July 21 meeting.
